Welcome to Newtopia

Newtopia is the name I have given to my wildlife pond.

It started as a garden project, but it has become something much more interesting: a small living world full of newts, plants, insects, birds, changing water, and quiet little moments that are easy to miss.

Why make a website?

Because a pond changes all the time.

A website gives me somewhere to record those changes, explain what I have learned, share camera footage later, and maybe encourage other people to build wildlife ponds of their own.
